There are two moral, ethical and legal assertions concerning publicly traded companies that are considered beyond question:

1. Publicly traded companies have a succinct and innate fiduciary responsibility to insure shareholder asset value.

2. Shareholders of publicly traded companies have the responsibility to hold the officers of the company they have invested in accountable to their fiduciary responsibility.

THEREFORE Richard Shepherd, Vice President of Schriner Services Inc. and Founder of theunclericproject is pursuing a Citizen's Investigation into the incredulous stock performance of Coil Tubing Technologies Inc.

THEREIN, Richard Shepherd has made multiple cordial attempts to garner confirmation of Coil Tubing Technologies Inc's current thrust, status and validity via a video recorded interview(s). Congruently, a variety of talents, skills and services were offered toward the production of a Corporate Videography at no financial risk or investment to Coil Tubing Technologies Inc. in exchange for the privilege of using the information garnered as part of a larger scale documentary.

SUCH ATTEMPTS, for whatever reasons, appear to have fallen short of success.

SUBSEQUENTLY, Richard Shepherd extends one final opportunity for Coil Tubing Technologies Inc. to participate in the Free Market process of afore stated offer prior to a change in venue.

IT IS INCUMBENT that Coil Tubing Technologies Inc. be informed and fully understand Richard Shepherd's intention to 'Ramp-Up' efforts to attain reasonable satisfaction in this matter. Let it be known this Citizen's Investigation will not be concluded or diminished until afore stated satisfaction is attained.

THEREIN AND THEREFORE continued refusal, delay or avoidance to address this matter for resolution will result in further extension of Free Market rights and sideline previously warranted cordial behavior through public notification to the investment community of said proposal and its refusal, most-likely creating public interest and further investor actionability.

IT IS THE FULL INTENTION of Schriner Services Inc. to defend its investment with every facility at its disposal from all enemies and negative forces, whether without or within Coil Tubing Technologies Inc.
